Manny presented me with options, and then advised me incredibly well. It
was not an easy road. My mortgage was VERY high risk, no bank would touch
me, and he worked a small marcle to get it done. He held my hand every
step of the way, and helped me see long term how to not only fix the
current situation, but rebuild my credit. So I have a great plan, and
